The china, food and service were brilliant and we would definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

I recently hired The Vintage Tea Service to celebrate my mum’s 80th birthday. From the first point of contact with Sarah I knew the party was in good hands. Sarah really knows her stuff and willingly guided me through the process of ordering the right amount of china, the type of china and all the necessary additions. For a very reasonable charge Sarah delivered, set up and collected all the china – something which helped enormously. The china looked stunning and on arrival the guests were taken aback with how nice it looked – they still talk about it now!
I cannot recommend The Vintage Tea Service enough – the whole process from start to finish was second to none. Thank you Sarah – you helped make the party extra special.

"I recently hired china from The Vintage Tea Service for an afternoon tea for a very special birthday. What an excellent service! All of the china came ready to us. All I had to do was unpack it. I had everything I needed including cake stands, cake forks and cream and jam dishes. I hired mixed china so that everyone had their own individual set to use on the day. It looked beautiful and all of my guests commented on how fabulous it was. Hiring was very straightforward, and it was delivered to my place of work which was so convenient for me. I can’t recommend this service enough. I will definitely be using it again. Thank you for making my day so special."

You were straightforward, easy and very efficient to deal with. You answered any questions I had promptly and made the whole process of hiring the china exciting and simple. You went out of your way to accommodate my requests and even bought some coffee pots especially for my event! It was all very, very pretty and got lots of compliments from my guests, I only wish I owned it myself.

We used the services of The Vintage Tea Service last week for my grandma's funeral wake. Sarah responded very quickly to my enquiries, delivered and picked up the services on-time.
I ordered the afternoon tea sets for 30 people in mint green and floral colours. All items were immaculate and beautiful.
My grandma would have absolutely loved it.

The initial idea to the return of the tea set, which we had been requested not clean, but leave for the owner, a task I was more than happy not to have to do, the care ad attention to detail from Sarah at The Vintage Tea Service was second to non. Sarah helped plan and choose the tea set for our intimate birthday bash. The tea set was provided with cutlery, napkins, plates, cups and saucers, teapots, sugar bowls, jugs and cake stands. The tea set was mis-matched service hand chosen by Sarah and it exceeded our expectations. The personalised service provided by Sarah eased the worry of how to present the delights prepared to help us celebrate in style.
I would not hesitate to return to The Vintage Tea Service and look forward to planning another tea party for any excuse to be able to celebrate in classic style at a very reasonable price, safe in the knowledge that any request is not too much trouble. I look forward to using The Vintage Tea Service for any occasion.
