With the festival season fast approaching, it's time to start planning all the lovely food and drink. One fab way to impact on your guests is to pair some wines with your food.
With that in mind The Vintage Tea Service, Wild Flour and the Wine School of Cheshire have put together a fantastic arrear of food, starting with canapés, sandwiches, savouries, scones, clotted cream, jam and not forgetting the cakes and paired with some fab wines for our Festive Afternoon Tea with Wine Pairings.
The idea is to give guests and you an idea of what to serve and where to get the wines from. Of course, it's not saying have a different wine for each course, that's what the event is for, it's about giving you some inspiration and professional knowledge to provide a lovely touch to one or two aspects of your meal(s).
