When Sally designs your wedding cake, she asks for details of your plans, to see pictures of your dress, shoes, the style, feel and colours of your wedding and takes these as inspiration to design your bespoke, personal wedding cake. Once she knows what flowers you will be including in your wedding bouquet and table decorations, she will work to match your sugar flowers as closely as possible for a cohesive look. This creates a stunning showstopper of a cake and leaves your guests wondering if the flowers on the cake are real or not. 

 

She can also make your wedding favours and dessert table items to match too. She has a full menu of the most deliciously flavoured iced biscuits (which can be personalised to you), cake pops, cupcakes and her signature "epic" gourmet handmade marshmallows. These fluffy marshmallows are made with real fruit purees, no artificial colours or flavourings. She even has flavours with beautiful gins and can create bespoke flavours with your favourite tipple!.  

 

Her wedding favours are packaged in compostable cellophane, organza bags or recyclable mini boxes. She uses biodegradable piping bags in her kitchen and keeps waste to an absolute minimum. 

 

Sally also sells her marshmallows and iced biscuits as gift boxes by post (UK only) for any occasion, you can order these directly from her website shop.

When you are ready to book, she takes a £100 non refundable booking fee, then about 6-4 months prior to your wedding, she will arrange a full design consultation with you, send out your cake taster box and send out design sketches of your cake for your approval.
