Everything in my collection I'd have at an event of my own. I have years of experience with English bone china, I know the brands and the quality I want for your event. I search for rare designs to add to the collection because I want your event to be as unique as you. Thirdly, the key to The Vintage Tea Service is choice.
When I thought about setting up The Vintage Tea Service, I thought about everything that I would want from a business I was going to hire from, the first thing I wanted was to give you that choice, choice of whether you choose a package or if you want to have a personal consultation or even just do a click to cart service. More importantly, I'd want to select my china, I'm fussy and if china arrived at my house and I didn't like it, it would put a dampener on my event. So every client has the option to choose what china they want to have. What's unique about The Vintage Tea Service is you can view the whole collection, no other vintage china hire business gives you the option to choose, nor to view all the china available for hire.
What are the options you can use to organise? You can choose from the following:
Packages - some people just want to have an event, where it's all organised, straight forward and this where the packages come in. All you need to do is choose the package with the number of people and within that package is everything that you need. You do however still have the option to choose colours, styles, patterns etc, or you could just leave it up to me and I'll do the rest and finally where you have no more than 10 guests you can specify a particular tea service.
Make Your Own Selection - You may want to browse around the hire shop and just select the pieces that you want and that's perfectly fine, you know exactly what you are getting and can theme it around your ideas. Just let me know what you want and again, I'll do the rest for you.
For Larger Events - like weddings and corporate events, we'll work together, making sure everything is as perfect, as perfect can be.
How Does it work?
1. Browse around the website and view all the beautiful china collections.
2. Complete the Enquiry Form - this puts your event into the diary and if you want specific services etc they can be reserved.
3. If you are having a larger event eg a wedding, anniversary, for example and don't have the exact numbers for a package and/or want a personal service we'll arrange a consultation to discuss your event, what your ideas are and take it from there, I'll then provide you with a quote.
If you know exactly what your numbers are and you've seen everything on the website that you'd like to have, you may think it's easier to just use the Hire Shop. Please though get in contact if you need advice, help or guidance. Once you do place an order I will always contact you.
4. I'll contact you closer to your event and we'll arrange a date and time to deliver the china and accessories you have hired and vice versa on their return.
