Royal Albert 'Serena' Covered Butter Dish Lid

The Royal Albert 'Serena' pattern is a classic floral design featuring deep pink roses, smaller blue, purple and yellow flowers, pale green foliage and gold gilt edging on the rim.
 
This pattern was registered in 1942 and remained in production until 1977. The backstamp, together with the registration number 839329 is consistent with Serena pieces produced during the mid 20th century.
 
The lid has diameter of 10cm.  
 
NOTE:  I bought this with what I thought was the base.  However, I'm not sure because it's just a saucer.  Hence why I am only selling the lid on it's own.
